Old Man Urinates on Tree, Scissor Kicks the Cops

This old dude is hardcore, only in Wauwatosa I guess. The old dude in question is a 71yr. old man from Waukesha and was recently pulled over for his 4th DUI. Once he was pulled over the man began to piss all over a tree and was arrested and taken to the hospital for a breathalyzer. That's when things get good. In the examining room the old man took on the cops with a little wrestling and leg manuevers.
