Drummer Nick Mason was quoted in a recent interview saying he feels like Pink Floyd could reunite to play some charity gigs.
"I think it would be a very nice way for a band to gently move towards retirement, by doing shows absolutely for charity rather than for more income," he said. "In a way the best thing would be to do a number of shows and have some sort of foundation."
The band last reunited in 2005 for Live 8, but haven't since keyboardist Richard Wright died in 2008. Mason says the surviving members "would like the idea of repeating the Live 8 concept".
Mason says the other members see "eye to eye" on the subject.
