If you're gonna get naked in public and toss your meat around don't do it at the courthouse.....in front of a deputy. A Florida man was arrested after he was seen masturbating in his car in the front row of parking at a local courthouse. A deputy spotted the man in his car with his pants off. When taken in for questioning he told police he was simply applying hemroid cream. That theory didn't hold much water after notcing the "cream" was in fact K-Y warming jelly. Only in Florida man!
