This might be one of the most disturbing things I've read in a long time. Cops in Russia arrested a teen and beat him so severely that he might have to be castrated. The article never really states what the kid did that was so horrible to warrant this kind of abuse. Part of me thinks this might be par for the course over there and the other part of me thinks I'll never, ever, ever, ever be going to Russia.
