Alan Thicke had a late night tv show? Thicke of the Night ran for one season and apparently were fans of RHCP. The Chili Peppers, in my opinion, are one of the coolest bands of all time. They've put out solid music over the years, some of it debatable, and no one did it like they did. They came from out of nowhere with a sound all their own and the attitude to match. After the Thicke video check a brief cameo they made in the 1986 classic Thrashin' . One of my favorite skateboard movies from the '80s but that's a whole other post.
