Percocet & Paint

What a great idea for a sitcom - a percocet addicted mom who has to look after a mischievous paint huffing 7yr. old. Together they get into wacky adventures and travel the country wrasslin' up drug money.......I'm getting way ahead of myself here. We could just go reality style on it and feature these two lovable characters.
A 35yr. old Florid woman was found passed out in her home after taking too many painkillers, Percocet, and was awoken by the police who found her 7yr. old relative wondering the streets sniffing spray paint. Cops were called after a neighbor saw the boy walking down the street in a haze of paint sucking up fumes. The woman was booked on child neglect charges but police weren't sure at the time how the boy was related to her. All they know is that she was his guardian at the time.
I'm telling ya man, this could be ratings gold. Kind of like 'Intervention meets TGIF!
