College Says No to Midget Penis Tricks

Now this is something I'd pay good money to see, a dwarf dragging a vacuum cleaner with his penis. I mean, why wouldn't you go see this.
Bad news if you're a St. Peter's College student in England, the dean has banned the side show act from appearing on campus. The act is part of a traveling freak show of sorts, The Circus of Horror, that has been hitting the road for 15 years now. Demon Dan the Dwarf performs the trick on stage and doesn't see anything wrong with the show. His resume includes stints as an ewok in Star Wars, flying teddy bears in Muppet movies, and now this. College officials deemed the show unfit for the university and have canceled the show.
