Here's your feel good story for the day. A little girl and her siblings in Bolton, England tied a note to a balloon and let it go New Year's Day. Six year old Abbey Gardner celebrating her birthday by writing a note and launching a balloon, something I'm sure most of us have done as a kid. Most of the time the balloon never goes anywhere, maybe a few miles at best. Abbey's balloon made it all the way to Laos in east Asia over 6,000 miles away. The note was found by one Mr. Chang who wrote back on a postcard decorated with elephants. He wrote about the differences between the two cultures and explained how he came about the balloon and note.
