Who's Dumping All This Vomit?

An employee of Bed,Bath,& Beyond in Radnor, PA called police after discovering a 35lb. bag of barf next to a tree outside the store. The employee told police it's not the first time they've found something like this. The vomit bandit uses white kitchen bags and puts the bag in the same spot each time. Police are holding information pending an investigation. My first guess would be a bulimic person is dumping their dirty little secret.
