"Officer, he stole my drug money!!"

I saw this on an episode of COPS one time. A lady was ripped off by a crack dealer and called the cops to have the guy arrested. How fucking dumb can you be?!
Apparently it's common practice amongst the strung out and stupid.
A Florida man told police he was robbed by a woman while selling her drugs. Donald Hughes of Port Richey, FL called police after Tammy Lucas sold him some Xanax and ran off with all of his money. She later told police it was a misunderstanding and she just forgot to give Hughes his change back. Hughes, 45, was arrested and charged with filing a false report. He was released from jail Sunday.
