It's Like a Bad Samsonite Commercial

The title above is an actual quote from a NYC cop after they found a man stuffed inside a suitcase sitting on a Bronx porch earlier this week. Police were notified after a neighbor complained about a suspicious package on the steps of an abandoned home. Cops found the body of 73yr. old Johnny Davis rotting away inside. They were able to trace the body back to an apartment still lived in by his roomate and thats when things got weird. Turns out Davis had died about 3 months earlier and the roomate Monique Exum, 36, found him dead when she woke up and feared she would be blamed for the death. So she stuffed him in a suitcase, carried the suitcase down three flights of stairs and down the block before she left it on a porch with a cardboard sign that read 'rest in peace'.

Exum later confessed to the cops that a friend told her that if someone dies in your apt. you will go to jail for it. She was scared that police would blame her so she thought the best thing to do would be to drop the body off somewhere and let them deal with it. She'll be charged with improper body removal and is being held on $500 bond.
