Sailor Eaten By Cannibals

I had no idea cannibal tribes still exsisted in the world. This story is like a scene straight out of Cannibal Holocaust. A German sailing enthusiast by the name of Stefan Ramin took off in 2008 to sail around the globe and was joined by his girlfriend. Ramin has not been seen since. Officials recently discovered remains of a dead body on an island in French Polynesia, which was a planned stop for the two. Ramin and his girlfriend had stopped on the island of Nuku Hiva for a day trip. There they met their local guide Henri Haiti. Haiti was to take Ramin on a hunting trip but instead disappeared into the woods with him. Haiti also tied Ramin's girlfriend to a tree and left her to die. The girl was able to escape and get to a nearby village and alert the cops. They've been searching for Henri Haiti since and have been unable to find him. However, on a recent search they found whats believed to be the hacked up remains of Stefan Ramin. Local villagers say that he was most likely burned up and eaten by cannibals that live on the island.
The remains are being tested to find the real identity of the body.
