Jesse James Thomas was picked up for public intoxication yesterday morning after he jumped on the hood of a squad car and began jumping up and down and yelling his name. Officers in the vehicle say they were out on patrol when all of a sudden Thomas came out of no where and jumped on the hood. It only took seconds before Thomas jumped off and ran away. The officers said it was pretty easy to find him considering he was wearing a single boxing glove and a large sombrero. Thomas, 55, was found lying down in the street just around the corner. No word yet on whether he slept it off or was in fact just good ol' fashioned crazy.
