"Hello police, my neighbor's out back yankin' it......"

It's that wonderful time of year when everything is springing back to life. The birds are out chirping, flowers are blooming, and the guy next door is in the backyard with his dick in his hand. It's a magical time of year.
Most of us don't have that last problem but if you live in Port St. Lucie, FL you might want to keep an eye out for the guy above. That's Salem Adili and on March 6th he was picked up by the cops after his neighbor reported that he was "yanking his member" on the back porch. When police arrived the 51yr. old neighbor told officers that Adili stopped after he yelled at him but was going at it for quite awhile.
The report states, "I asked (the 51yr. old neighbor) if he was disturbed by the male yanking, He stated yes he was disturbed by the male due to his wife and children possibly seeing it."

The cops didn't have to go to far to find the 38yr. old yanker who became uncooperative when questioned. Reports state that Adili would not follow orders and told officers he could do anything he wants. Adili was arrested on misdemeanor charges including obstructing w/o violence and disorderly conduct.
