Down in Florida at the local Applebee's they take their karaoke very serious. You don't like my singing BOOM you get knocked out! Karaoke master Jeffery Lee Thompson was rocking out on the Applebee's stage this past Sunday night when he got so into his own singing he started to take off his clothes and serenade people in the audience. Patrons in the restaurant complained to the management and a very drunk Thompson was asked to stop his one man show. The manager turned off the sound and that's when the crooner approached said manager and knocked him out. Just so happens a local police officer was eating in the restaurant at the time and chased down Thompson after hitting him with a stun gun. Local news crews arrived on the scene just as Thompson was being placed in a squad car and they got him on camera bragging about knocking out an Applebee's manager. Classic!! The 28yr. old was charged with battery and disorderly conduct and is being held on $700 bail in the county clink. It's stories like this that make me miss karaoke night.
