The perv pictured above is 19yr. old Leonard Fodera from Indianapolis and the cops found him taking a nude stroll last night. Officers received multiple calls of a naked man walking up and down several different streets in a neighborhood. Once the cops spotted Fodera they asked him why he wasn't wearing any clothes. Not only did he "want to be free and do what he wants" but he also informed the officers that yesterday was "Opposite Day".
According to the official report the arresting officer told Fodera, "Fine, in that case you're not going to jail for public indecency."
The naked walker was booked on public indecency and is waiting for sentencing
