Herpes Gets Expensive

Sleeping with someone and not telling them you have an STD might be one of the all-time dick moves. Turns out though if you're on the puss filled discharge end of the stick you can take your lover to court.
A 49yr. old Oregon woman is suing the guy she slept with after four dates for giving her herpes. The 69yr. old male has to pay damages up to $900,000 for passing along the STD. The woman's lawyer calls her a hero for coming forward in such an awkward situation. He claims his client suffered hair loss and a substantial weight gain as a result of the herpes medication. The woman and her lawyer both felt the man should have mentioned before the sex that he was infected. They claim it was 75% the mans fault. On the flip side, the defense attorney says that the woman needs to just deal with it like an adult,
"Grow up. Come on. You're an adult, she is not some little innocent victim."

Courts don't normally deal with a ton of STD cases mainly because most people won't just come out in a court of law and admit they caught the clap. Judging from this case though, it looks like you can make a little scratch off that itch. And remember to apply cream.
