Mother of the Year Candidate

We have another front runner for Mom of the Year and she comes to us from the great state of Texas. I have to say, she's making a strong push to the front of the pack. Naked antics, child abandonment, and smashing the family truckster up is a surefire way to get that award.
Houston Police have arrested 34yr. old Stephanie Dillard after she fled the scene of an accident leaving her three children, ages 5, 12, & 16, in the car to deal with the problem. Where did mom go? She booked it across the street to a local drug store, took off all her clothes, and headed for the ice cream aisle. Nothing beats a little Ben & Jerry's after a fender bender. Employees at the CVS store called police to report Dillard and when the arrived they found her covered in ice cream and very pissed off. She put up a fight with the officers but they were able to subdue. So now you can add resisting arrest to the laundry list of charges. Dillard was taken in to custody and her children were left in the care of their grandmother. Police are yet to figure out the cause of her crazy behavior and are still adding up the charges. As of this morning she was being held on $2,000 bond and still smells like Chunky Monkey.
