Hell has no fury like a woman scorned and if you live with this lady you might want to sleep with one eye open. This story also raises another great point, why in the fuck would you be living with the person you just divorced? Doesn't seem like the most ideal situation especially if one of you is a little off kilter.
A 39yr. old Daly City, CA woman will stand trial for the death of her husband after she poured boiling hot water over him as he slept. Jesusa Tatad was taken in by authorities after she burned her husband and beat him with a baseball bat because she believed he was seeing another woman after they divorced. Not only is this woman crazy but she also doesn't have a fundamental understanding of the concept of divorce.
Tatad and her ex had gotten a divorce but were still living together at the time of the attack, mistake #1. While the husband was asleep Tatad snuck into his room his a pot of scorching hot water and poured it on him leaving him with 3rd degree burns over 60% of his body. When the husband jumped up and tried to escape he was beaten over the head with a bat. He was able to leave the apartment and contact a security guard who called police and EMT. Days after the attack the husband had passed away due to the severity of his wounds. The wife, Tatad, now stands trial on charges of murder and torture and I'm guessing they might want to throw in a mental evaluation just to be safe. Normal people don't do that shit.
