"Hello 911, I need more beer."

You know if you think about I really can't fault this guy at all, the police are supposed to protect and SERVE. Now serve me some god damn beer!! No not really, the serve does not mean beer delivery service but can you blame the guy for trying? He did do the responsible thing here, he could of gotten in his car and drove drunk to the liquor store but he opted for a safer option. Unfortunately that option comes with some jail time and some community service.
A Columbia, TN man was charged after he made multiple calls to a 911 operator. The dispatch was worried at first because the man was speaking unintelligible but they later realized he was just drunk and wanted someone to get him some more beer. That drunk man was Allen Brooks and as it turns out he was trying to dial 411 instead of 911. Oh Ok, that makes sense, I guess. A local news crew caught up with Allen's brother Jerry and he told them his brother had no idea what he was doing. Allen Brooks is deaf and has a speech impediment so he couldn't hear the operator and she couldn't understand what he was saying. Allen's brother says his brother had a few beers and wasn't drunk, just confused. Police officials say the calls came at a bad time for them as they were trying to deal with a major accident and severe storms. Brooks was released to his family and has lost his phone privileges when he's drinking.
