Johnny Cash Box Set

The Man in Black has been dead for years but he's still putting out albums, well it's not new music but it's more Johnny Cash and there's nothing wrong with that. Columbia Records is releasing a mega 63 disc box set celebrating the years that Cash was with the label, 1958-1986. The set will include 35 albums on CD that are being released for the first time ever in the United States. Producers Gregg Geller and Steve Berkowitz tackled the monumental task of comprising all the music and albums. The box set entitled Johnny Cash - The Complete Columbia Album Collection comes out October 30th. The set will include rarities, unreleased compilation tracks, and the first 19 albums Cash recorded at Columbia. Highlights include his live albums recorded at Folsom and San Quentin prisons along with unreleased live albums "Johnny Cash pa Osteraker" recorded at Osteraker Prison in Sweden in 1972 and "Koncert V Praze" recorded at the Sport Hall in Prague in 1978.
