I thought we'd switch things up today and go with a WTF version of Music Video Thursday and feature some songs from that special place in the internet. That place where talent and an actual grasp of the concept of music aren't required. Songs performed by people who have no one in their life that loves them enough to tell them to stop. I'll give everyone an A for effort but from there I give up.
Let's start things off with my favorite video category, Public Access. This clip comes courtesy of the 1980's New York City public access show Stairway to Stardom. Showcasing the worst talent that NYC had to offer in the early to mid '80s. You can get lost going back and watching the old footage on-line. Everything from shitty dancers to terrible singers. The clip below features the unknown rapper BJ The Messenger and his crew doing the cut "Crackhead". This is what happens when you see the Kurtis Blow video at home and say to yourself, "Hey, I can do that."
