I Want More "Louie"

Some bad news for fans of the greatest show ever put on television, season 4 of "Louie" won't be aired until 2014. That's right, we have to wait a whole year before we can once again follow the saddest man on the planet. The FX network said that the show is going on hiatus and Louie CK himself said it was mostly his decision to do so,
"The last three season have been this surge of fun and work and stories and it's been great, but I want the show to keep getting better. That's my goal, and I don't want it to be making donuts, I want it to be something that comes from somewhere important and stays funny."

So it sounds like Louie wants to sit down with his writers and turn out a quality product, can't argue with that. It also doesn't help that he's touring non-stop thru February of 2013. CK told reporters recently that a large part of his income is from the road, he pulled in $4.5 million on pre-sales alone for the upcoming shows. He also added that as long as the money is coming in from gigs he has no plans to quit touring. No solid return for the TV show has been set so we'll just have to wait till then.
