Christmas came a little early this year out in Hollidaysburg, PA when a dad tried to make his little girl happy and get her the greatest gift of all, a dildo. Hopefully it was one of those 2 foot jobbers with the giant fist on the end. That's one way to tell your daughter how much you love her.
The details are little weird to say the least but a jury found the dad not guilty on sex-related charges after the father purchased his then 13yr. old daughter a dildo. The girl is now 16 and she told the jury and judge that her dad bought her the sex toy along with some cigarettes, pot, and pornography before he asked the girl to perform oral sex. The girl had been spending weekends with the father during the time and after the sexual advances she stopped making the visits. The judge ruled that the father didn't break any laws when he supplied his daughter with all the "gifts" and apparently didn't see anything wrong with the oral sex part either. I guess since she ended the weekend visits the judge didn't feel he needed to go any further with charges. Hooray justice system!!! He told the father that buying sex toys for young girls isn't illegal however it "may not be advisable". It looks like they do things a little different out in Pennsylvania.
