A few months back the great Bobby Womack announced that he was suffering from Alzheimer's Disease and didn't expect to be around much longer. Womack's career spanned over 50 years and has such credits as writing the Rolling Stones first hit song, played rhythm guitar for Sam Cooke, and over 20 hit songs of his own. He's probably best known for his song "Across 110th Street" from the 1972 blaxploitation movie of the same name.
Ladies & gentlemen the living legend Bobby Womack!!
