Anthony Parish thought he had it all figured out when he found a secluded spot in the woods to set up pot growing operation but he forget one small detail. Check your surroundings. Turns out the 38yr. old set up camp just miles away from a training facility for police dogs. Last Wednesday some of the officers and their dogs were doing a drill in the woods when one of the dogs darted off the trail and picked up a scent in the woods. The dog led officers to a makeshift tent filled with 79 marijuana plants. Cops said the smell of pot in the air was very strong and weren't surprised that the dog had picked up on it.
Parish was found nearby in a trailer where he was arrested and charged with two felonies, manufacture of marijuana and possession of marijuana. He's currently being held on $3,000 bond.
