Jack White Joins Forces w/ Gibby Haynes

I'm a big fan of Jack White and pretty much everything he does so I try to keep up with what he's doing. Tip of the cap to him on this one, Jack White and Butthole Surfers frontman Gibby Haynes are colaborating on a couple of new tracks, according to 411. Three new singles will be released via White's label Third Man Records including a special 7" inch that will be pressed onto old medical x-rays. Jack White calls them "flex-ray discs". All 3 tracks will be available 2/14/13 and the 7" flex-ray disc can only be bought during the South by Southwest festival later this year in Austin, TX. One track was leaked on-line and it's a cover of Adrenalin OD's "Paul's Not Home", a track that first appeared on a compilation back in the 1980s along side the first Beastie Boys songs "Riot Fight" and "Beastie". The other two are originals composed by White and Haynes, "You Don't Have to be Smart" and "Horse Named George". The songs are all part of a Blues series put out by Third Man Records including other artists like Jeff the Brotherhood, Tom Jones, Laura Marling, and Beck.
