There's a lot fucked things that came out of the '80s and we have England to blame for this one. I can sort of remember seeing this way back when but part of me is glad that I forgot all about it. During the '80s when the rap craze hit and it became mainstream everyone tried to capitalize on the market which meant gimmicky stupid shit like this, a rapping rat named Roland..........
