What Not To Do After Being Arrested
This girls night went from bad to worse and she only has herself to blame. The sassy looking woman above is 24yr. old Sara Kirksey and she didn't exactly pass her field sobriety test. In fact, she failed so miserably I'd be surprised if she's allowed to drive anytime in the near future. It all started when Kirksey was pulled over for running a red light this past Monday night. When officers pulled her over she gave them a fake name, fake address, and a phony date of birth. As she was being questioned officers noticed a strong smell of alcohol on her breath and they added a charge of DUI and she was placed in the back of the patrol car. This is when Kirksey made her biggest mistake of the night. When officers weren't looking the 24yr. old managed to slip out of her cuffs, climb through the dividing window that separates the cops from the perps, and start up the patrol car. The officers noticed her trying to escape and were able to grab her through the driver window, but she wasn't going down without a fight. She punched one officer several times during the fight for the keys. What started off as giving a bogus name ended up in a grocery list of charges including DUI, battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer without violence, providing a false name to a law enforcement officer and escape. Just think, it all could have been avoided if she just took the ticket and kept her mouth shut. The arresting officers gave no reason why she would have used a fake name and birth date.
