At the McDonald's in Murrysville, PA you can get a little extra something with your Big Mac and fries. An employee was arrested after he was busted selling drugs out of the fast food restaurant. Theodore Levon Upshaw, 28, was charged last Wednesday with possession of heroin, possession with intent to deliver and delivery of heroin. The bust came after an undercover officer purchased heroin from Upshaw in the McDonald's parking lot while Upshaw was flipping burgers. A spokesman for the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Narcotics Enforcement Team told reporters their officers have made buys from him in the past at the same location and had no problem making deals out in the open. Upshaw was part of a work release program. He had been arrested before for selling drugs and was recently released from prison and got the job at McDonald's as part of his parole. Old habits die hard I guess. He's been booked in county jail and is being held on a $50,000 cash bond. Huff Post has the story
