Man Arrested For Having Sex With Mattress

A homeless man in England is facing charges after he was caught having sex with a mattress. The arresting officer testified in court the other day that he observed 52 year old Martin Coll early this past Saturday morning in the parking lot of a senior citizen center, naked from the waist down, watching porn on a hand held DVD player and having simulated sex with a mattress. Coll, a convicted sex offender, was spotted by an officer entering the staff parking garage on Saturday morning. The officer told the judge that he recognized Coll from an earlier arrest for theft and figured he better follow. When he eventually made his way over to the garage the officer told the judge what he saw,
“He was laying on a mattress naked from the waist down with his trousers and underwear down by his ankles and he was simulating sex with the mattress. A number of residents in the old peoples’ home were awake at the time but they did not want to make a statement to the police.”


According to court records Coll is being charged with committing indecent behavior at the Lavery Fold Old Peoples’ Home and “committing an act of lewd, obscene and disgusting nature and of outraging public decency by watching pornography in a public place and with having simulated sex with a mattress while naked”. From now on he'll be able to jerk off in the comfort of his own jail cell.
