Most of us waited till New Year's Eve to fire up the heavy drinking but one Florida man couldn't wait and started a day early. On December 30th, 22 yr. old Jeremiah Patterson had a little too much to drink and figured he'd sleep it off inside of a CVS pharmacy. It's not like he just walked in and laid down. Patterson took it to another drunken level by entering the men's bathroom and removing all his clothes. After walking out of the bathroom completely nude or as it's stated in the police report, "exposing his genitals in a lewd and lascivious exhibition", he made his way over to the pet aisle and found himself a bunch of dog beds to snuggle up on. Once he found the perfect dog beds he returned to the men's bathroom and passed out on his new makeshift bed where employees found him. Police eventually showed up and charged Patterson with indecent exposure and theft. The theft charge stems from the fact that CVS considered the dog beds "soiled" and could no longer be sold. At the time the article was printed Patterson was still in jail being held on a $10,000 bond. Let this be a lesson to anyone planning on getting shitfaced and passing out naked in CVS.
