I'm guessing, based on the clothes and hair, that this aired sometime in the late '80s or early '90s. It's a public access show from Queens, NY called GODDESSES, dedicated to heavy woman and the lives they lead. In this episode one man came on the show to profess his love for his overweight and slightly older girlfriend. After that things just get weird........
