The party girl above is 31 yr. old Amie Carter from Orlando, FL and she had a really weird night last weekend. Police responded to calls of a naked, out of control woman rampaging through traffic on the northern outskirts of Orlando last Sunday and found Carter naked and whacked out of her mind. Reports state that she was heavily under the influence of an unknown substance and in altered state of mind. When the police arrived Carter refused to leave the street and fought with the officers. She was eventually subdued and charged with criminal mischief and exposure of sexual organs. It was later determined that Carter had masturbated in front of a Lexus and stomped up and down on the hood causing $1,500 in damages. Not to mention a night the couple in the car will never forget. It's not often you go out for dinner and a movie and still have time to catch the chick on bath salts finger banging herself in traffic. Another witness told police they were parked behind the Lexus and got hit with Carter's cellphone during her geek out session.
