Police in Springdale, AR are looking for a man that was spotted masturbating in public at a Kum & Go gas station. You can't make this shit up. Witnesses told police they spotted the man standing next to his truck his no pants on and masturbating. As seen in the picture above taken by an eye witness. The person who took the picture told police the masturbator spotted him taking the picture and immediately got in his truck and took off. Police and witnesses said they weren't sure if he finished himself off before booking it out of there. Police are asking anyone in the area who recognizes the truck to contact authorities. Or if you happen to recognize his penis. Either way the cops want this dude off the street before he gets anymore urges.
