For centuries now man has taken the craft of making beer and turned it into a science of sorts. Thousands of different tastes to choose from; ales, porters, stouts, pilsners, etc........
It seems now that some evil mastermind has taken things to the next level and invented the beer marshmallow! My lips are already smacking.
A Chicago company by the name of Truffle Truffle has taken things to the next level with their beer flavored chocolate marshmallows. It's pretty simple, they take their own in-house marshmallow, cover it in chocolate and dust it with a fine brittle of beer and pretzel thus making the greatest thing ever!
