This isn't the first and I'm sure it won't be the last time I post a story about someone fondling a horse. I'm not sure how to feel about that.
A CT man was arrested after his neighhhhhhbors found him in their horse coral fisting one of the horses. Police found 63yr. old Marian Wegiel in the pen after the owners said the man broke in and assaulted the female horse. Weigel's lawyer is asking for an accelerated rehab which means once completed all charges are dismissed. The lawyer argued that Wegiel was a church going man and had numerous letters from community members saying he was a decent person. The owners believe the punishment is too light and want to see jail time.
