Naked Man Attacks Cars w/ Balls

Australian police had their hands full when they came upon a naked man throwing tennis balls at passing motorists. The man believed to be in his 40s or 50s, cop were unable to count the rings on his penis, was scaring drivers with his nudity and erratic behavior.
One witness on the scene said the man was not real happy when the cops showed up, he put up a fight but was eventually subdued and booked. Charges indecent exposure and assaulting an officer. Police said it wasn't the first run in with the man, he had a reputation for acting out in public.....or is it pubic?
