A Waukesha, WI man was questioned by police last Tuesday morning for previously running around naked n the downtown area. Police noted that the is mentally ill and was not a stranger to the law. The man had done nothing wrong that moring, cops were just making sure he was OK. The man told police he would not run around naked again but that the voices in his head were telling him to have sex with a horse. The officers decided to detain the man until a social worker arrived. You can't make this shit up.
