Kill it With Fire!!!

The above picture was taken on County Road 86 in North Dakota earlier this week. A couple driving down the road spotted the roadkill and thought it looked odd. They snapped a picture and no one has been able to figure out what this mysterious animal is. People have suggested it's an albino pig or maybe a werewolf of some sort. The woman who snapped the picture sent it out to her friends so they could make a guess, her friends in turn sent it out to media outlets across the country. Eventually the photo ended up in the hands of Kevin Kotts, a wildlife manager with the Department of Natural Resources in Glenwood, Minn.
His best guess at this point is that it's a diseased badger that's lost all it's hair.

“Badgers are found in Minnesota but are not real common in farmland areas. They are predators, in the weasel family, and mainly eat ground squirrels.”
Kotts said most of the features indicate that it's a badger but he can't be 100% sure since he hasn't seen it close up yet. The couple who snapped the picture have sine turned it over to wildlife officials who are conducting tests to figure out what the animal is. I'm gonna put my 2 cents in and say it's a wild dog with mange, but I'm still willing to hear any theories on werewolves.
Grand Forks Herald has the story
