Before the world knew him as Ron Swanson from NBC's Parks & Rec, man's man Nick Offerman was on the short lived Comedy Central show "American Body Shop". The premise of the show was much like that of P&R or The Office. A behind the scenes type look at a dysfunctional auto repair shop in the suburbs of Phoenix featuring it's owner and his band of misfit mechanics. Offerman played the role of Rob, a philosophical man that thought all repairs could be made by simply aligning yourself with the universe and becoming one with the car. The show itself wasn't half bad but Offerman was the one saving grace that made it watchable.
