I totally remember this anti-smoking commercial!!! Little did I know at the time it was airing, the early to mid '90s, that the poor kid who dared tried smoking once would grow up and become Mac on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Mac, real name Rob McElhenney, still looks the same and wasn't a bad actor in his early days.
