Controversial Baby Yoga

To answer your first question, no that's not a doll it's a real baby and I guess this is a real thing. The woman in the video is Russian yoga instructor Lena Fokina and this is what she is calling "Baby Yoga". I don't really understand yoga so this whole video seems a little strange to me. Fokina claims that baby yoga is 100% safe and beneficial to the baby. Yeah, I think I'll take a pass on this one...........
