Stereo Hideout "Brahms v/s Radiohead"
Showing some love for local musician/composer Steve Hackman and his incredible new project Stereo Hideout. As long as I've known Steve he has been an amazing musician and singer so it only makes sense that he would take his talents to the next level and step up to the composers podium. As per the Youtube description,
Excerpt of BRAHMS v. RADIOHEAD, an orchestral mash-up of the Brahms First Symphony and Radiohead's OK Computer. Picking up at the end of the introduction to the Brahms fourth movement, moments before it segues into Radiohead's 'Exit Music (For A Film)' (0:36). Motives and themes from the Brahms introduction underscore 'Exit Music'; the latter then weaves seamlessly back into the Brahms upon concluding (4:37).
Performed by the Colorado Music Festival Orchestra
Andrew Lipke, Will Post, and Kristin Newborn, vocalists
Re-composed, arranged and conducted by Steve Hackman for STEREO HIDEOUT
