This Hall Monitor is Super Serious

Usually when you take the job of hall monitor it's to get out of class for a little bit but this guy takes this shit seriously. People always say the guys who become cops are the kids who were picked on in school, well, case in point right here. This kid was a bright future in law enforcement screaming at people for minor offenses and taking things too far.
