If you've never seen an episode of Dragon Ball Z don't worry, this video will still make you laugh. What we have here is a tale of 2 brothers. One of them is a big fan of Dragon Ball Z and the other isn't. The one brother is recording himself on a webcam working on his sweet Kamehameha attack.
